Vermont was the 13th state to introduce the Healthy Workplace Bill

2012
A version of S 52 passed the Senate. The original text was discarded and replaced with details about a new committee to study the issue of workplace bullying in vermont. S 52 died in the House Committee on General, Housing, and Military Affiars.
2011
Sen. Cummings introduced S 52 with co-sponsors Doyle & Pollina.
2009
Senator Cummings introduced a new version of the HWB as S 87. No public hearing was held.
2008
Senator Ann Cummings introduced the companion bill S 312.
2007
Vermont became the 13th state in the U.S. to introduce the Healthy Workplace Bill. The first state bill was H 548. sponsored by former Rep. Leo Valliere.
